Join us and personal trainer Matt as we take part in an active fitness session! Matt will put us through our paces with a warm up, some movement, and a cool down – all while making sure we have a lot of fun along the way!
You will need:
-Suitable clothing such as shorts and a t-shirt
-A full water bottle
Scouts can use this activity towards clause one of their Athletics Badge and Explorers can use it towards clause one of their Athletics badge by following up and running a warm up/cool down for others!
