Scout Network allows young adults to create their own Scouting experience

If you’d like to set up a Scout Network in Wales, we’ve got some tips on how you can get started.

Scout Network in Wales

Scout Network is the sixth and final section in Scouting and is for 18 to 25 year olds. It’s the place where you really create your own adventure and pro-actively design the challenges that you want to tackle. Across the UK over 20,000 young people aged 18 to 25 are part of Network and taking part in exciting projects and events centred on the themes of ‘Adventure’, ‘Community’ and ‘International’.

Set up a Network group in Wales

Scout Network is just getting started in Wales. We are looking for people to develop Network groups in their local area. Participants have often already been Explorers and might be looking for their next adventure. If you’ve loved Explorers are good at organising others, why not consider starting a Network group?

Any young person aged 18 – 25 can become join Scouts Network. Lots of members are experienced Explorers but it doesn’t matter if you’re brand new to Scouting.
