There are over 200 badges to collect in the UK and you won’t believe all the topics they cover … music, dungeons and dragons, internet safety, swimming, have a look, the list is massive. Sometimes your whole group will work towards certain badges together, you can also earn badges for activities you do outside of Scouts. If there is a certain badge you are interested in, tell your leader, your opinion is very important.
In Wales we have some extra badges just for us, and yes, there are one or two dragons involved!
All badges for UK ScoutsExplorer Scouts over the age of 16 and those in Scout Network are eligible for the King’s Scout Award. It is the highest award a youth member can achieve and shows the ultimate commitment to Scouting.
