With limited spaces available, we’d encourage groups to be ready to book as soon as bookings go live.

Important booking information
To help us manage capacity fairly, please book as individual groups rather than as whole districts. District-level bookings can result in large blocks of unused places, which we’re keen to avoid.

Bookings for Scouts will open in early 2026.
Leaders are encouraged to begin planning and estimating numbers ahead of time to help secure enough places for your groups.
Every year this event requires a huge volunteer team. We are about to start the process of looking for volunteer staff to help organise the weekend in the different activity zones, to ensure all activities can run smoothly, and to help with onsite maintenance.
