Are you passionate about practical skills and outdoor adventure? Do you want to help shape the future of Scouting in Wales? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic young person aged 18–25 to become the next Youth Lead for Bushscout Cymru.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on youth-shaped Scouting at a national level. As Youth Lead, you’ll work with the Bushscout Cymru leadership team and volunteers across Wales to make sure young people are at the heart of everything we do – from shaping the programme to influencing key decisions.
You’ll support the delivery of practical skills across the country, help design curriculum content, and ensure young people’s voices are heard and acted on. Along the way, you’ll gain brilliant experience, build your leadership and communication skills, and connect with Youth Leads from across the UK.
Whether you’re already involved in Bushscout or just keen to make a difference, this is your chance to step up, grow your skills, and be part of something big.
