This session is to support Lead Volunteers, Chair of Trustees and Team Leaders covering three main areas. 1) Recruiting a team. 2) Time management and delegation. 3) How to navigate the new system. Starting on-line at 7.00pm this 75-minute session includes time for Q & A with trainers.
