Dr Tony Malone, has a long career in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, having been a world respected consultant in this area for over 20 years. In the past he has been an independent Human Rights advisor to the UN, a key consultant for U.K. laws and rights development and was recently honoured with an International Award for his peace and youth work. He has also authored two of the world’s bestselling books on equality. In scouting Tony has been an Explorer Leader for nearly 10 years and has held roles at National and International levels. Tony was recently appointed Secretary General of the World Buddhist Scout Council.
